"Waffle House has always been a part of my story. Growing up in the small town of Tifton, Georgia it was one of the few restaurants that was open after 9 pm. I have so many fond memories of late night meals and cups of coffee shared with close friends. Now that I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia I regularly visit my local Waffle House on Old Peachtree Road early on Sunday mornings before I head to work. My favorite meal is the All-Star Special with Cheese Eggs, Raisin Toast, Grits, Bacon and of course a Waffle! The first restaurant my wife and I brought our daughter to 9 days after she was born was Waffle House. She's becoming a fan, too. The other day we were reading a book with a variety of different foods. I pointed at a picture of scrambled eggs and said 'What's that?' She quickly replied, 'Waffle House!'"
