Meet the Kibler family - Douglasville, GA
The Kibler family loves the service they receive every time they visit Waffle House and that's what keeps them coming back. "Waffle House has hot food, quick service and the staff is always friendly," says Colleen Kibler. "My daughter Ginna loves the waffles at Waffle House and it's one of her favorite things to eat. At seven months, she was able to recognize the waffle on the menu, point to it and say 'faffle'."

The Kibler family represents a true 'Waffle House Family'. "When they see our car pull into the parking lot, they have our drinks ready for us before we sit down," says Chris Kibler. "Waffle House is one of those places where you can find all types of people, from the ordinary Joe to some of the wealthiest people in the world. And we love to eat there because it's a place where anyone can go to enjoy a meal."

Andy Mattioni - Euless, TX
Andy Mattioni lives in Germany, but whenever he visits his friends in Texas he makes sure he takes the time to stop by the local Waffle House. "I always stop at Waffle House in the morning because there is nothing better than the Waffle House," says Andy. " I enjoy the great food and excellent service from the staff."

Like many other Waffle House fans, Andy loves the friendly service and how the staff makes him feel as if he is the most important person around. "My favorite Associate, Miss Dee, is an outstanding person and everyone knows her," says Andy. "She puts a smile on everyone's face and her service is more than exceptional."

"The Waffle House employees at the Paul Huff Parkway location in Cleveland, TN., go the extra mile to make sure my meal and surroundings are perfect. They always serve me with a smile and remember my name and favorite drink and have it waiting for me when they see me pull up. It's always, 'Hi Julie, How are you today?' From the managers to the cooks and servers they all do a great job.

"I've been to other restaurants where the management didn't seem to not care if you mentioned a problem, not here. The employees jump right on it and fix it all from the hand dryer in the ladies room to making sure the tables are cleaned. The place is always clean and the food is great. You know not all places know how to cook good grits or omelets, but you can get the best at the Cleveland, TN., Waffle House."

Waffle House coffee ... A perfect cup every time - McDonough, GA
For as long as Waffle House has been in business, Freda Ramsey has been enjoying the great food, friendly service and most of all the coffee. Mrs. Ramsey has been a Waffle House regular, almost daily, for the past 50 years.Mrs. Ramsey stops by the Waffle House on Highway 81 & 20 in McDonough, GA., just about every night around 7 p.m. to have her daily cup of coffee. "My brother and his wife take me to the Waffle House every night for coffee," says Mrs. Ramsey. " My husband and I started going to Waffle House when they opened the first one in Avondale."

As soon as the associates see Mrs. Ramsey's car pull in the driveway, they began brewing her a fresh pot of coffee. "When we see her car pull up, we hit the start button to brew Mrs. Ramsey a fresh pot of Waffle House coffee," says Jonnetta, a Waffle House sales associate. "Mrs. Ramsey knows the difference between a fresh cup and an already brewed one. If there's one thing she knows, it's Waffle House coffee."

When Mrs. Ramsey visits Waffle House, she feels like she's at home. "Most of the people are real nice and I feel comfortable going there," says Mrs. Ramsey. "I still enjoy and will keep going to the Waffle House. Visiting the Waffle House is like going to visit with old friends and family."
